We love the challenge of creating personal designs for our customers and have enjoyed making prints for small business’, families, gifts and more. You might like to tailor one of our existing designs by changing colours or headings or perhaps you would like something completely unique, just for you, with the features you need to stay organised.
What can be customised: We can customise the size, colours, fonts, style, headings etc. We will happily work with you to create a design that you love and that is the perfect tool to help you stay organised.
What’s the process: First, we recommend that you have a look at the existing designs in our shop to get a feel for the design style that appeals to you most. You then need to decide what you want on your planner – we’ve developed a great guide to help you get started – get it here.
If you have something completely different in mind or would like to match something you already have, please send us a picture to help us with the design concept. The more information you give us, the easier the design process will be for us both.
Once you’ve got a good idea of what you would like, please contact us with your requirements. We will then come back to you with a concept outline to make sure we’re heading in the right direction. Once we’ve agreed to the concept, we will create your design. It will be sent thorough to via email you to make sure you’re happy with it – we’re more than happy to make changes at this stage as we want it to be perfect for you. When the design is finalised and agreed on, we will send you an invoice for payment via PayPal. When payment is finalised, we arrange printing and shipping within 3-5 days.
Please note that multiple changes or changes at a later stage may incur an additional editing fee of $5 (per request).
Cost: $20 + product price
The cost for a custom design is slightly more than one of our standard prints. This cost covers the additional time taken to modify or create your design and the printing costs. A quote will be provided for you when we send you through the concept outline.
Ordering within Australia: If your print is A3 or smaller, we will happily ship a finished, framed planner to you. For designs larger than A3 we are only able to provide a print, frames are purchased by the customer.
Ordering outside of Australia: We will design and ship a print of any size, anywhere in the world. Please note that you will need to purchase an appropriate size frame in order to use your print as a dry erase planner.
